The Lily Outdoor spots are part of the Philips Hue Low Voltage series. The XL version comes with a light shield,
while the smaller one currently doesn’t have one.

At Signify, I got to design a prototype for a light shield for the smaller Lily model. The main challenges consisted of Staying consistent with the already existing larger model,

converting the original Rhino3D to a SOLIDWORKS one, and proving all tolerances to be correct.
The model was then prepared to be sent off to a prototyping factory.
